An aromatic blend of *Peppermint, *Spearmint, *Eucalyptus, *Rosemary, *Black Spruce and *Cardamom to help open the breath, ease congestion, bring mental clarity and promote focus. Use on wrists or the heels of the hands to inhale, temples and/or the back of the neck to ease tension headaches.
