Welcome spring into your being with supported, restorative shapes that will encourage the front of your body (future) to open and soften while releasing tensions and tightness from the back of your body (past).

When our chest and shoulders are tight we constrict our own breathing, our life force!, our energy goes down as does our own creativity and enthusiasm to move forward. We "close" the gateway of our heart and our super highway, that is our spine, is compromised and often achy. Our joints stiffen and our hips and psoas muscles become tight from long hours of sitting or working at the computer and cry out to us for a little more attention but we don't always take the time to slow down and listen.

Springs arrival is an ideal time to recommit to taking care of your personal vehicle that gets you around everywhere you need to go!, and tend to your inner garden.
